Yes, that is a vampire. It's my version from one of the mangas *zoro4me3 is creating. This one happens to be from Audden. I'm not too sure what it's about mainly because my memory is a half step that above a grapefruit, but I know that the vampire-man's name is Luke and he's in love with this one half-vampiress thing with blonde hair.. Ask her. She will gladly tell you the entire plot

Oh, and on another note, the main reason for this image was because it was *zoro4me3's birthday yesterday and I didn't get her anything with moi well-earned cash. So this is for her use, and no one elses unless I get permission first. Thank you for not stealing..

EDIT I now notice that I am nissing a few details, plus I changed a few of the colours around. For all you Audden otakus, don't get mad at me. I never noticed the necklaces, and I didn't realize the inner coat colours were the wrong after they were coloured. NO CHANGES FOR JOO~ >:
